yeahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! i went to be hot class yesterday at beyoga!
it wasn't my 1st class. but this time, 1st time i went to ninie's hot yoga!!
and it was a yang class! she explained to us that yang class is where every pose is done max in 3 breath! all poses are standing pose! so the movement is fast ! opposed to yin class where most poses are longer!

hahahahahah my gooooshhhhh! i never felt so tired after a yoga class. jenis yg auto-tired terussss hokayyyyyy!!!and the best part: at the end of every class, we end it with a corpse pose! simple pose , all we need to do is lie down! andddddddddddddddddddd i tertdooo while doing this!
